Part of Victor Maldonado’s “Lucha” art series of work, Victor directed me to surveil Mad Mex through Portland’s North Park Blocks. This is a small portion of the original piece that was on display at the Froelick Gallery. The project in its entirety can be seen on appointment through the gallery.
