God’s Eye View

The last vantages available to the average person is that from the air looking down upon the world.  This viewpoint was reserved for those with affluence and access to private air travel, and the military.  Google introduced most of us to the lexicon of the God View, but at the expense of viewing it sterilized of movement.  Current technology afford the average person a lingering view in real time from the perspective reserved only for deities.  This viewpoint comes to Portland at a valuable time, allowing up to document the quick changes happening to the city and its surrounding neighborhoods.
