Moving Into Spring

As a work-from-home dad, I have a lot of time where I’m occupied by the needs of my beautiful infant daughter. I’ve not been able to do much creative work because of this. Although, I found that setting up the timelapse rig around the house takes little time as I can set up and forget about it until its done.

Here’s the results.

This video is the result of 3360 individual RAW still images, compiled in After Effects. Images were shot on a Canon 7D with a 50 f1.4, 17-55 f2.8 IS, and 70-200 L f2.8 IS. I used the Dynamic Perception Stage Zero dolly system for the motion timelapse shots and the MX dolly engine as an intervalometer on the stationary shots. Some shots were accomplished with Cokin X-Pro series filters.
